Denise Barrier
With over two decades of experience as an Executive for a leading staffing firm, I developed a deep understanding of business strategy, sales development, HR, and best hiring practices. During this time, I worked with companies of all sizes, from small businesses to large corporations, across a variety of industries, giving me insight into the unique challenges employers face.
I transitioned into the world of health and benefits. A perfect compliment to my years of experience in Human Resources. I earned my health and life broker's license and spent the past several years specializing in both small and large group benefits. Recently, I founded Cameo Insurance Services, LLC, (operating as CA Cameo Insurance Services), where my mission is to help employers find the best benefit programs for their employees. I am committed to delivering custom, cost-effective solutions that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
In addition, I am a native Californian, having spent my youth in the serenity of the Sierra mountains. I’ve been based in Los Angeles for more than 30 years and have a deep appreciation for both the mountains and the ocean. I’m active in several women’s organizations and hold an executive position with Professional Women Toastmasters of Los Angeles.

With a strong background in operations, Boris has held leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer for a small and dynamic insurance agency. His expertise spans the intricate details of managing benefits programs and ensuring seamless operational efficiency for clients.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Boris is an adventurer at heart. Whether hiking remote trails, capturing stunning landscapes through photography, or exploring unique destinations—from the tip of a continent to the busy streets of Tiberias—you never know where you may find him. His passion for exploration mirrors his dedication to navigating complex challenges in the employee benefits world.
